Ancestral Vedic knowledge teaches that one should live in harmony and in harmony with nature. Living according to these natural principles strengthens our physical health and the peace of our mind and allows us to maintain our native harmony or to find harmony and balance between our body and our mind, in connection with our environment.
According to the principles of Ayurveda, in each of us the five elements are present (earth, fire, air, water and ether). These transform into biological elements grouped together in the form of energies called "Doshas". Three doshas make up our natural constitution "Pitta", "Vata" and "Kapha". One of them is dominant in every human being. Ayurvedic practices aim to maintain the initial balance of our three Doshas. Food, meditation and massages promote the return of this balance. Trained in India, we invite you to discover these massages in our Wellness Center.
The origin of Ayurveda
The origin of Ayurveda would be between 4,000 and 6,000 years BC, it is the oldest known medical science in the world. In Sanskrit, Ayus means "Life" and Veda "Knowledge or Science", the meaning of the word Ayurveda is therefore "the science of life".
Over several years, we have been trained in Ayurvedic massages in different centers in France and India (Somaltheeram Research Institute & Ayurveda Hospital). We suggest you benefit from various Ayurvedic massages, with hot oils, to fully enjoy a moment of relaxation during your stay.
The massages are provided by your hosts who have followed several training courses and who respect the associated principles of life. Massages are performed in a dedicated space, in particular on an Ayurvedic massage table. Non-therapeutic wellness massages can in no way be a substitute for medical treatment.Link title
